The APSR (Annual Performance and Statistical Return) data provides valuable information on all Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) including information on the type of housing available (e.g. sheltered, very sheltered, wheelchair housing) in addition to further information on stock profile, lets and performance data.

The SHCS is the largest single housing survey in Scotland, and gathers data on the condition of all types of housing. It includes information about properties which have been adapted and on the numbers of households who stated that they had an unmet need for an adaptation.

The Scottish Household Survey asks about the characteristics, attitudes and behaviour of households and individuals in Scotland on a range of issues. Topics covered include housing, health and caring and composition of households, including for households which include older people.
SG Homelessness Data
Scottish Government Homelessness data provides information on the number of homeless applications received by type of household, including for older people. Further data produced includes the number of applications and outcome of assessment by household type.
