Learning Network

The Intermediate Care Learning Network was set up to enable people to keep in touch with colleagues across Scotland who are working on similar issues, and to access relevant material.

Anyone is welcome to join the Learning Network – there is no need to formally register. The network meets quarterly, with a specific theme for each meeting, to discuss developments and new ideas.

We’ll provide summaries and updates in this section of our website. We’ll also provide partnership contact details so you know who to get in touch with across Scotland.

If you have a query regarding the Learning Network or wish to find out more, please contact us.
