Ministerial Strategic Group on Health and Community Care
The MSG provides a forum for discussion on matters of mutual interest to representative leaders of NHS Scotland (4 NHS Board Chairs), local government (4 Social Work Conveners), and the third and independent sectors. The Group is chaired by the Minister for Public Health and Social Care and meets quarterly with official support from NHS, CoSLA and the Scottish Government.

Health and Community Care Delivery Group
The Delivery Group is an officials' group providing advice to the MSG, with membership across senior representatives of NHS Scotland, CoSLA, the Scottish Government and the third and independent sectors.

National Reference Group for Older People's Care
The Aim of this group is to build an enduring consensus that can underpin the delivery of the Reshaping Care Programme over the next 20 years through the three main workstreams of Care Pathways and Complex Care, Care Settings and Community Capacity and the support stream for Workforce Planning. The Reference Group will link directly into the Delivery Group.
