Implementation of Locality Arrangements

This paper and self-evaluation checklist is intended to complement the Localities Guidance that was published by the Scottish Government in July 2015, which sets out what localities are for, the principles upon which they should be established and the ethos under which they operate. This paper is focused on identifying the key issues that the partnership will want to take into account in the development of their locality arrangements, including consideration of a range of practical matters.

The issues identified in the attached self-evaluation checklist can usefully be considered by partnerships and people involved in individual localities:
