Co-ordinated, Integrated and Fit for Purpose: A Delivery Framework for Adult Rehabilitation in Scotland
This delivery framework was developed by the Scottish Executive in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders, including people who use services, unpaid carers, and rehabilitation providers in health and social care. The purpose of the framework is to give strategic direction and support to health and social care services and practitioners who deliver rehabilitation services. Underpinning the framework is the vision of creating an effective, modern, multi-disciplinary, multi-agency approach that is flexible and responsive to needs.
