Health and Social Care Integration – Locality Planning Conversations Report

Localities are acknowledged as the ‘engine room’ of the reform agenda and where the greatest impact on outcomes can be achieved. The Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 requires Integration Authorities to identify at least two localities and it is recognised that Locality Arrangements are key to achieving integration.

Following publication of the think piece ‘All Hands on Deck’ in August 2013 http://www.jitscotland.org.uk/supporting-partnership/  the Joint Improvement Team (JIT), along with a number of national improvement partners (listed at Annex 1) designed and held a series of conversations with partnerships and key national organisations over a period of four months. The findings can be seen by clicking below.
