Supporting Partnership
The Joint Improvement Team works directly with local health and social care partnerships across Scotland, and provides practical support and additional capacity to those partnerships, to help address the issues and challenges they face.
We provide direct, hands-on support through partnership support programmes , and we encourage and facilitate shared learning and good practice. We’re also here to give information and advice and help find answers to your queries.
We work with partnerships to create the conditions for improvement, for example by promoting joint working and building shared learning, so that those partnerships can implement national strategies and deliver better outcomes in health, social care and housing.
