Shared Learning
One of our key objectives is knowledge sharing. Through our Intensive Support programmes and Action Areas we work with various partnerships. To optimise the positive impact of this work, we try to harness the information that is generated and develop useful and effective ways to share it with people and organisations who are interested.
We've established an Intermediate Care Learning Network whose remit includes identifying and sharing examples of what works locally, and supporting the development of emerging intermediate care models in Scotland.
Within the Knowledge Bank on our website we have a case studies section, which is intended to provide practical examples of our work with partnerships and examples of successful projects and practice across the country. Ideally, we’d like to popluate this section of our website with your success stories. If you'd like to contribute to our case studies with an example of your own, please contact us.
