Shared Learning

Through our Partnership Support programmes and Action Areas we work with various partnerships to share knowledge. To optimise the positive impact of this work, we try to harness the information that is generated and develop useful and effective ways to share it with people and organisations who are interested.

We've established an Intermediate Care Learning Network whose remit includes identifying and sharing examples of what works locally, and supporting the development of emerging intermediate care models in Scotland.

Shared Learning is the over-arching objective of the work we are currently doing in the following areas:
