Q1 UPDATED QUESTION Is there an Adult Support and Protection policy, and how will the person be protected from harm?

Q2 Is there a risk management strategy for individual and public safety?

Q3 Is there access to appropriate local services?

Q4 Does the person have access to income?

Q5 Does the person have complex needs – challenging behaviour/ASD/forensic needs – and how will these be managed in the service(s) being commissioned?

Q6 REVISED QUESTION What is the person’s access to leisure/social activities and/or life long learning?
