Welcome to this Self Assessment tool. This is a diagnostic tool to help partnerships assess their current readiness for partnership outcomes based performance management. It will signpost you to various resources according to your responses to the questions.
Decide in advance which team or partnership this applies to – it will help to make your answers a lot more specific. There are 4 sections of between 12 to 16 questions which commence when you click 'answer questions'.
