Developing Care at Home Services is a crucial part of the Reshaping Care for Older People programme and the JIT is creating a support programme to assist local partnerships with service reviews and redesigns.

The thrust of the programme will be to help shift the emphasis on care at home services to re-ablement and rehabilitation models that seek to optimise the capabilities of older people.
